The site of this Bharati Vidyapeeth Office, being in the prime location, the client decided to rent out the ground floor for commercial purpose. The design has an independent flight of stairs to reach the office complex directly from the road. The site being comparatively small, more visual space was created between the building and road by placing the building diagonal to the road, by terracing back the building as it rose up in height. The entrance portion gains greater importance and depth because of the gradually darkened setback surfaces. Basically the whole building is designed as an equipotential multipurpose office space. It forms a vista from the major road and has become a major landmark in the city.
