The response to the 50,000 sqm. teaching hospital commissioned in 2005 was so good, that there arose this need for another 36,000 sqm. super specialty hospital around 2010 itself.
Due to a tighter site, this building became more compact and taller than the earlier building – (B + G + 6 floors) with the following floor wise distribution of functions …
In spite of this hospital’s huge area, natural lighting and ventilation is not compromised anywhere. Green courtyards and passages with plants on either side enhance this bright, joyous, healthy ambience.
This spatial ambience does contribute to the early healing of the patients.
